On this page are some suggested meals that you can make which will help your journey towards healthy eating and living a healthier lifestyle. We offer consultations with our certified nutritionist Paola to evaluate and develop individual nutrition plans to complement your fitness goals and programs.
Paola Rondon is Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, with a certification in Adult Weight Management. Paola graduated from Florida International University with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and completed her Dietetic Residency at Healthsouth Longterm Rehab, Mercy Hospital and the Diabetes Research Institute in Miami FL. Paola is a member of the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Association of Diabetes Educators, Diabetes Dietetic Practice Group, and Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition Practice group.
We offers 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks nutrition coaching packages featuring an initial nutrition appointment, follow-up appointment(s), and weekly support between appointments.
